True coach is great, it has been extremely useful for my knee surgery rehab. My physio can set the exercises, see if I've done them, send and receive messages in between visits. great app.

texting needs major rework. Also when the same exercise was performed on a different day, the history of that exercise is not there in the exercise itself, only the history of that full routine is there.
