Extremely disappointing experience. My loan was approved last month, and I completed all the required formalities, but the amount has still not been disbursed. The status keeps changing with different reasons, causing unnecessary delays. Customer support is limited to email, and responses are very slow. If you need a loan for an emergency, I do not recommend this app. The process is too slow, communication is poor, and the disbursement timeline is highly unreliable.

I have taken a personal loan but still it's under disbursement, it is for an emergency, there's no option other than raising a ticket still no response. I don't know when the amount will be disbursed. Moreover, when it was the time to complete all docs for verification, I used to get multiple calls but now no one is contacting me nor responding.

The worst app ever. I've requested loan on 20th November, 23 and it's been like 15 days haven't received the amount it's still under process. Even I drop multiple emails and the only thing they have is it will be debited soon. The worst part is their chatbot when you click on know my loan status, it says I won't be able to help. I needed money in emergency and they made fun of it. Their technical issues doesnt get resolved even after 15 days. I would request playstore to take down application.
