Not helpful. I am re-writing this review as this morning i have had an email saying i have incurred charges for being overdrawn. This is down to the fact that the available balance does NOT update currently. So as a result spent money i did not have from that account. However, upon finding i went overdrawn i put money into my flaxaccount from my other NATIONWIDE account to prevent charges being incurred. I am fuming! I shall be going down the bank this week to make an official complaint!!
Don't like it. Old app was easier to use, looked better and had more information regarding my regular payments. This app just seems untidy. Not sure how nationwide can say this is an improvement. What would have been an improvement would be to allow the setting up of regular payments through the app without having to go through the desktop.
A step backwards I much prefer the old App, much more professional looking. This looks like some sort of test App just to check everything is working. Old App separated transactions into days and with the background was much easier to read. No fingerprint login for android. Step backwards.
Backwards update 1. Forced to update, no choice. 2. It's slow. Massive delay between touch and response. 3. Things don't fit on one screen anymore, so need to scroll. 4. Numeric fields aren't defined as such, so keyboard opens in alpha mode. 5. Menus are now hidden in a side panel, so extra touch or swipe needed. 6. Presentation of output is less clear, harder to interpret results at a glance. 7. Pointless animated transitions.
Doesn't work Old app was fine. New one has confusing opening screen and then doesn't work even after restarting. Service was supposidly available. Why do people have to redesign everything so frequently and then mess it up?
New update :( I've just updated it, it's just white! It's difficult to use, it's all over the place! Why try to fix something that's not broke! Thanks for masking an amazing app turn into a terrible confusing plain one!
