Looks better but no other benefits Now I've got used to using it I don't hate it as much as I did to start with. The main glaring error is to leave fingerprint access out. Presumably this will be added soon as it's far more secure than entering 3 digits of your memorable info.
Can't see transfer money part of app Rubbish update deleted app several times in hope to resolve bug, but still doesn't work, I can see my accounts but can't move any money, now have to go online to manage account. Please nationwide read this review and sort out soon or I will have to change banks. Aŕrrrrrr
Whilst it might be handy to check your balance or move money, that's about it. I have previously asked for a running total at the end of each day, something I thought would be easy for their development team to do. Seems not. A list of transactions without an end of the day balance is useless when trying to balance your account with 3rd party software. But apart from that at least handy enough to keep it on my phone
New user, had to enter debit card details and when it came to entering the expiry date I couldn't use my keyboard, only calendar entry. Having to skip though 5 years worth of months isn't fun, and even worse when entering birthday having to go back 25 years worth of months. That makes for one tired tapping finger! But seriously would like to see fingerprint log in too
Would Rather Use An Abacus! So unhappy about this unimprovement. Was only saying to customer service a couple of wks ago how much I loved the app. I simply do not know why you have changed it. It looked a million times better before with a good layout, it ran smoother and it didn't have so much blinding white screen. Thumbs down Nationwide.
Secure log in outdated I like the idea of fast banking on mobile. But if I'm actually mobile somewhere and don't have the security card reader on me then I can't log into my account. If I can log into PayPal with only a thumb scan then I think nationwide needs to update their security to that as well.
