Game is a bit better after update not so buggy. It seems prizes are mainly just coins or diamonds. Not enough decent prizes or golden parcels. Facebook friends does not work nor does anyone actually want to steal from friends. Should be able to upgrade how many parcels you can hold and all tools should be upgradeable ie how long your radar or cloak can be. Should also have a time reduction option for a certain amount of coins or diamonds.Come this sort it out then u would give 5 stars!

This app is a fairly original concept of snatching and finding potential real-world prizes. This app however focuses on the individual being as sneaky as possible however could integrate some team based features in the future to vary gameplay. Note: Prizes are extremely rare to come by and most of the time you will win simple amounts of in game currency.

I don't get it. I've had the app for about 12 hours and yet to open a box. Having to wait up to 6 hours is boring and you are guaranteed to have it stolen anyway. Sure, you can use coins to stop people stealing but I'm already running out and still won zero boxes. Summary - fairly good idea but seriously lacking in execution. EDIT - gave it another few hours but waste of time. Uninstalled...
This is ok. Like many I enjoyed at the start but am annoyed when I go to bed with 6parcels and wake up to having had all 6 stolen. Also find that 6hrs is far too long to wait for a reward that turns out to be coins. Some defenses seem extremely overpriced too. The thing that REALLY gets me is the fact that the app drains my new phone battery in an hour if I dont close it completely. Needs to be sorted!!

This game is so glitchy and you get no response when you contact them. I've lost so many boxes as "defense is not found * or don't get any notification until someone has my box. I wouldn't spend any more time on it because of this.

Absolutely applauded by this app. It promises many different prizes, but I finally won a prize in the box other than game coins, but then i was fobbed off multiple times by different members of the snatch headquarters team (Including Ben and Dee), and after 3 weeks of waiting it's clear they never intended to give any actual prizes to anyone. Don't bother downloading! Massive waste of time

Bots. The only explanation. Three regular 'players' in range of my house who appear to be awake 24hours a day to defend and attack. One 'player' even followed us 20miles to steal a box back... what a con. Gave 2 stars as at least I got a nowtv pass from the one box I managed to keep hold of by spending all the coins.
To many prizes of just coins and diamonds nothing special. To many now tv passed and I don't know of anybody winning anything other than these. I never selected the now tv passes and got 3. The selection seems a little pointless. The concept is great but the prizes need working on.
What the actual hell i downloaded the app expecting to have an amazing experience but cant even play because I never got a message back or a phone call. Fix this please its the most annoying thing ever
Well where do I start, the game is okay if you want to win a free now tv pass in fact you will win multiple, but they don't tell you is that you can only use one of each pass you win.. Meaning you win prizes and can't use them which is against asa ruling.. If you do win money and they don't send you it you more than likely will not receive this! They don't like replying to messages quickly you could wait weeks if you have an issue! Its not ran very well and when they have glitches they fail to sort it out
It's a good concept but the gifts start great but very quickly dissappear. Also I'm pretty sure that there is a number of bots that take your parcels. A shame I wanted to love it but a week of constant play has left me disappointed
I've had this app for a couple of days now and I've e enjoyed it but the problem is some of the treasures aren't worth waiting six hours for. They should Change them every week to keep people interested in the app. At times the app freezes and Ive have to restart my phone which can be a problem if someone is stealing my parcel. The app is a buggy and very power hungry the waiting time for parcels is retarded not being funny but not gonna wait 6 hours for 50 coins yet another AR flop see this going down the pan like Pokemon did. Only way to get coins is referrals or parcels not recommend be better playing solitaire
Great concept very poorly executed. Went to sleep last night with 10 parcels woke up with none?? Seriously? Waste of time and effort for the prizes on offer. I agree with a previous comment that your house should be safe for a certain number of hours a day. Maybe 8 so while you sleep you are ok. And when you are out you simply cannot defend for 6 hours as you only have 2 items and can use them for a maximum of 4 hours. Ooos. Another fail. Will uninstall until it gets better
First day was good, got a few now tv passes. But a solid 2 weeks in it now and it's only giving me coins so its a waste of time in my opinion
I love this game but I feel after a few days they only prizes you will win coins for the game. It feels a bit loaded if people willing to spend lots of money they ate always going to be able to defend and snatch your parcels. Which gets a bit boring if you constantly spend all your coins and loose your parcels. I would also like more chance at finding diamonds in the parcels. I also wish you could friend people I think this game is missing a integration element like allay and enemies would be a fun a addition. Also since the update the game CRASHES ALL THE TIME! please fix this it is so annoying every time I redeem coins the game freezes and closed.
I think it should personally make your address as a safe house, other then that the game is good, could also have a daily coins bonus as due to your own home not been a safe house you can easily spend all your coins protecting your boxes. Maybe something the makers could take into account
Limited & repetitive, unfortunately. You I stall the app on the premise that you'll win loads of prizes... You do, coins to do exactly the same thing. Monetary prizes are seemingly non existent, you get a pile of nowtv codes, which you can only use one of & aren't really interesting if you already have Netflix, sky TV etc. A positive of this app is getting you out to walk...maybe....because tu he prizes aren't as tempting as they're made to appear, so you get fed up of playing. Shame, with better prizes, this would be my favourite app by far.
I actually really like this game. Best way to keep your parcels is by just saving all your money and don't snatch other people's ( I know that's the aim but it works) since I've been doing this I'm able to afford to defend their attacks and have thousands worth of coins plus won a few prizes. Very addicting
It doesn't work! When I downloaded it, I entered my number and waited very long for a text reply. I didn't get one, I tried re-installing it and I also tried another number. After I gave up I received the texts, but it didn't let me type in my number as it shows an error sign. WHY?
Augmented reality is pointless on this. It's too fiddly to actually tap on boxes and far easier to just tap the AR button which needs to appear sooner, or even better allow an option to turn it off altogether. I can't imagine anyone actually plays using that. Keep the focus on picking up/stealing and keeping parcels!
The game has a great concept that could really be something brilliant but at the moment falls short on so many levels. I think they offer the idea of real prizes and then couldn't manage to provide them. The first day I played I won 3 now TV passes and have had nothing else since even though I've opened around 70 boxes. I realised they give the same 3 prizes to everyone who joins right away and don't have much faith in anything else being available because I have a few friends I asked to join who all got exactly the same thing. Which beings me to my next poin, you add a friend codes to get 500 coins do not work. I've seen this mentioned on reviews before and it's true, you never get the coins. In app purchases are extreamly expencive for what the game offers in return. The game had a chance to be something really great and entertaining but has just been executed very poorly unfortunately.

Great idea. Awful implementation due to bad balancing. Max 10 parcels and snatching is really easy and cheap compared to defending. Essentially almost impossible to keep a box. Lost all my coins defending a single box, but repeated attempts from the same person used up all my coins leaving me unable to do anything. Now, without coins all I can do is collect boxes which just get snatched within mins. Was going 3 day login reward may have been coins so the game would be playable again, but no. A box. Snatched within 30 secs. This is NOT the way to keep players and doesn't make me want to pay real money. Uninstalling, unrecommending.
The premise of the game is that 'near by' people can snatch your parcel. I go to sleep at 4:00am in a rural place with nobody around for miles, wake up at 9:00am and they have been snatched. Clearly this game has bots to keep you interacting with it.
Been playing for about a day and have managed to open about 15 boxes; all of which contained in game currency. Seems like a fun idea but as the 'game play' is quite basic combined with not actually winning anything interesting, the game loses its fun pretty fast.
Worked fine for a few weeks them it started crashing when redeeming coins and collecting them. The nowtv vouchers are 1 per person and you cant then use another one.
Maybe I'm wrong but doesn't snatching defeat the object of going outside. Should be a limit to the amount of times you can or something. Will probably uninstall coz lazy ppl keep snatching and I ain't paying no game money.

Good concept but needs a few adjustments... It needs to give you the ability to zoom out of the map a bit so you can see what parcels are further afield. And maybe more prizes than coins and diamonds.... also helps if once you've waited the 6 hours, it doesn't crash and give you no rewards at all.

I like the idea but there is no way to actually win prizes from this. I'm guessing that it's bots that immediately steal the boxes from you.
Since the update the game won't load. It gets stuck on map loading and then doesn't respond
