Footpatrol used to be my no1 for buying new kicks. Now with the queue system on the website and constant black screen on the app it's very frustrating. I've gone elsewhere with my money because of this with. Disappointing!!!!😕

Downloaded app and placed order. Took them a day and a half to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order during which time I missed out on a comparable pair on eBay. Garbage app. Waste of time and money, deleted.

App does not load properly and malfunctions often. Ordered a coat successfully and was 'on its way' and suddenly after a few days it wastes my time and refunds itself automatically.
