Nowadays I am always getting lost in the app. With multiple accounts I have two things that slide horizontally (the cards and the manage/feed tabs). Sliding vertically takes me out into an overview menu which has an overwhelming 20 options. 'Add money' is hidden under the feed. There are obscure icons without labels. I preferred when it was clean and simple. The trends feature is a nice addition!

Very easy to use, setup and move money around. One thing I find slightly annoying is the savings accounts. I've been using them more recently and it would be nice to know if a better savings rate is now available. You have to shut down and restart saving pots even if the preferential rate is with the same savings provider as well.

Great and easy and beginning. Now I can't get in to the app because change of email address. You would think it would be as easy as calling and sending an email with my identity proof. But no! Still can't log in after 7 months. Thinking about moving bank. No point having an online account when I can't access it and my money to pay for online purchases.
