Ratings and reviews

The new app update is terrible! I really hope you'll change it back to the old app. The new app layout is so messy, takes so long to find anything, and takes so much more time and many more taps just to complete simple tasks. For example, even just to transfer money to one of my monzo pots from my main account takes so much more time. Please change the app back

Function over form! no one likes the new UX layout it takes a lot more time to find things and it's so confusing to navigate! I have provided feedback in the app. Please consider changing this back through monzo labs. I use monzo for mainly budgeting, saving, sending and paying my bills! I check the app daily. This is taking 5 steps back! It's too frustrating why fix what's not broken?

I had this at five stars. Customer for five+ years. Always very happy with Monzo! But today Monzo sprung interface changes on me and didn't provide a button to go back to original formatting. This is more irritating than when the supermarket changes their layout. I just don't have bandwidth right now to deal with having to find everything back again. Monzo! If it ain't broke don't fix it! Provide new options, sure, but let your customers choose their own pace!
