I love this app and if you put the effort in and really push yourself you will see results. Combine this workout with the weights for women app and you will see brilliant results in toneness and muscle definition. I always feel fantastic mentally and physically afterwards. It's easy to use and Chloe is a good role model for having a healthy attitude to body image.
Slightly disappointed if I'm honest as not many exercises and some are repeated in different areas.. but good as mini app
Ok - not many exercises for a paid for app I thought there would be more exercises. Only a few repeated for different areas of the body. I hope they add more so you can mix it up. A bit disappointed. I probably could have found these online for free and timed myself....
Ace HIIT workout Whether you're a beginner at HIIT or been doing it a while, Chloe's app lets you switch it up to separate workouts for a full body workout or focus on one area for however long you want, just replay the workout. Definitely the best workout app I've downloaded, get the music channels on & it flys by! 👙🙌
Not worth paying for Great idea but just not executed right. Could be so much better. Same exercises each time (instead maybe could be different each week), having to reset timer after 5 mins yourself (instead of just running for the 15 min length needed) and no way of recording or planning what you've done. Your just paying for a 5 min timer
Great app... Simple, but effective. I use it with spotify, time flies. Nice one Chloe. Hope you put a weight training app together next.
