As a complete novice to weight lifting, this gave me the confidence to start in the gym. Great to gave a set of exercises to target different areas too, as it takes the guess work out of it if you gave no clue where to start!
Rip off! £2.99 for a few run of the mill exercises? I suppose it's OK for beginners but I've been lifting for a while so it's nothing new for me.

Not good Basic exercises plus it doesn't tell you how many to do or if you should do one of each set every day or split day routine etc not detailed enough
