We want to change the way businesses and service providers approach accessibility and treat their customers. Businesses don't always know how their customers feel about the quality and accessibility of their facilities - and often have no idea when there's an issue with a local branch or venue.
So we created Me Included, a review website where people can leave their feedback for others about their accessibility experience (good and bad) on just about any business, venue or service provider they come into contact with. From train stations and airline companies to restaurants and hotels - we're about empowering people today to make informed decisions - based on the real experience of others - about where to go, eat, stay and play.
And along the way we'll gather information about how well individual businesses are doing to meet the needs of their customers - and to work with those businesses to improve the quality and consistency of accessibility, so it is and it feels, inclusive and effortless.
