App seems ok so far. The registration process (online) and limitations imposed by the app (e.g. no pasting) actually encourages users to use more insecure passwords/practices. Clearly designed by people use "best practice" to the letter and do not actually test for practicality...
Have an account but app won't allow progress beyond final text verification as screen is not active. Can log in via the internet site with no problems. Not happy with the App.
Initially had issues with it crashing, but now seems to be more stable. Nice interface. Like that you can add a new payee on the app rather than being forced to do this on the website.
Some bugs appear to have been fixed and the app no longer crashes for me. I can't wait to try out the new cheque deposit feature. I don't like the somersaulting parrot though because its silly. I've been using the Yorkshire Bank app recently, and it has a much more professional looking theme which I prefer.
Takes bloody ages to keep up with your transactions...they really need to speed up its data feed. Needs alot of work. But at least they've improved the time it takes to login..bloody chicken 😀
I assume it's early days but this app needs some attention. Logging in is a pain, quite long winded. Is it really necessary to register the device again after every update? Transferring funds isn't great; the continue button is too small and when setting up pots in savings, only whole pounds can be entered. Plus, when entering an amount to kick off your pot with, the pot starts at £0, so you are then forced to do a manual transfer. This is the same behaviour on the website. I also have one payee in my transfers, when the switching service transferred them all. One last thing: that somersaulting man-chicken - what's that all about?
