What is Zelf Name Service (ZNS)?

ZNS is a 3-in-1 solution, biometric wallet, private key manager and recovery service, all powered with zk Face Proofs. This represents a revolutionary way of self-custody, with a cutting-edge privacy-preserving non-biometric encryption, enabling innovative wallet management to ensure security without storing or exposing biometric data. The end user's face generates a unique, non-biometric binary representation that we call ZelfProof (stored in a QR code) which facilitates highly secure encryption and decryption.

so far not good, I've sent thousands of dollars worth of tokenized ETH and Bitcoin, and Ido NOT see my balances still in my wallet, I know for sure without question that I did it right and it on point but this isn't showing my tokens even though transaction went through from OKX web-3 wallet plus my Zelf history States it received that amount! why can't I see my tokens ? this is an issue i'm having with Zelf, I've forced stopped the app and restarted, cleared Catch, turned 📌 on but not visible

The app doesn't stay open on my phone when opening it it just closes right away , I have an account and name now with it and now I can't even check my program or anything .

so I set up a wallet and it gave me an address that I sent blockdag to from metamask. it is verified on chain. I tried to send it back and it gave me an error. so I copied the seed phrase and imported it to metamask and it pulled up a different address that was empty. now I cant get my tokens! they say they are going to reimburse me so at least there is that.
