They pay out, but the withdrawal process is long and tedious. First you have to get your earnings "verified" which can take up to 5 days, then you can submit a withdrawal request. You can only submit 1 withdrawal request at a time, and those typically also take 2-4 days to approve. So after you've finally earned the rewards for a game, typically you have to wait a week or longer to actually get paid. That being said, I have received all the money for my completed rewards. Eventually.

One of your games goes unresponsive during play. "Animals & Coins" game will go unresponsive after, closing out all of the In-game Purchase ads. Terrible. All these "get-paid-to-play" apps pretty much pay the same, so it's the rest that matters. Customer Service is a joke, a drop-down menu that may or may not have the option you need. $20 min cash out for charity, $25 if you want to keep it, plus. $1.25 processing fee. Takes up to a week to get your reward. There's not enough space here to mention every issue. Stay away, there are better apps to use.
