I like the method this app uses to help us remember words . All of the words have pictures and beautiful examples with them. But there is something that has occurred recently, which is a little bit annoying. Whenever I want to use this app, this massage keeps coming :The chat service is unavailable for now! Please try again later, and even when I click on the cancle button, it keeps sending the same error again and again. This bug has made the app useless. What should I do?

App deleted my progress. :(. Finally got bac9k into the app and every few words I'm working on, the same notification pops up asking if I want to set up reminds. Already happened 3 times in a few minutes. Incredibly annoying. Two days later and again I lost my guest progress. Apparently updates erase your data. Uninstalling. Newest update requires signing in. There's no reason a vocab app should require a login.

I don't have any issue with the app and its content. they are rich and all the info are useful. my issue is that I purchased this a while ago and after almost a year the app isn't still full screen or adjusted on my screen. the ui needs a lot of work both on android and windows app update: I updated the app and the issue still exists. I'm carrying galaxy s21 ultra.
