honestly the absolute best app in terms of design, could do with a bit of work cause Images of the food doesn't always show on phone...but then again the problem could possibly be my own, but beautiful design, amazing food and treats and overall my favourite

After ordering and paying I received a call from the branch saying they don't deliver. Fortunately managed to order my Nando's fix from another delivery service. The app needs to retain my login details for longer. A bit annoying to enter it repeatedly. Maybe biometric login as a suggestion?? Maybe a "standard" Order button?? The app otherwise works well.

The ordering experience was a complete nightmare. After 1.5 hours, I called the store to ask where my order is. They couldn't find it on the system. Then they found it after calling head office, but the system said it was delivered (it was not). After I called the delivery manager (because the store didn't come back to me), it was delivered almost 3 hours later. I lodged a complaint in the app and I'm still waiting for someone to address it. Utter nonsense.
