Ratings and reviews

The app is awful; it struggles to load (if it loads at all) and is difficult to navigate.

2023: "Something went wrong. Please try again" 2024: *booked tickets have disappeared* 2025: "All Sorted" *no tickets booked*. 2026: Takes out payment from the card not selected. 6 more years to go to be the most user unfriendly app of the decade.

Extremely poor app, it can possibly handle low volume of users, but for our company bus it's nearly impossible to use it without having it crashing all the time, double booking or not booking at all. EDIT: After repeated complaints from our company, they finally found the solution: a new error message. If your servers cannot handle thousands of users, either you do something about it or do not take the contract. You're wasting everyone's time by pretending you're listening to complaints.
