³ Zip Plus: Interest accrues daily on the total balance owing at the end of each day. No interest will be charged to your account in a given month if the balance owing at the end of the last day of that calendar month is $1,500 or less. Each day ends at 11:59pm AEST (AEDT during daylight savings). Standard interest rate is 12.95% p.a. T&Cs and credit approval criteria apply. A monthly account fee of $9.95 will apply if the total balance owing is not paid in full by the end of the last day of the calendar month.

⁴ Zip Money: The interest free period is the maximum period of time when no interest is charged on the purchase. The availability of the interest free period for a purchase will depend on the purchase amount, the minimum monthly repayment and account status. Minimum monthly repayments are required and vary according to credit limit. Minimum monthly repayments may require repayment of the purchase prior to the expiry of the maximum interest free period. In other cases, paying only the minimum monthly repayment may not repay the purchase in the interest free period. Any purchase amount outstanding at the expiry of the interest free period will be charged at the standard variable interest rate, 25.9% per annum, as at 1 June 2023. Zip Money is available to approved applicants and subject to completion of a satisfactory credit assessment. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and a one-off establishment fee may apply for new customers.

The comparison rate for the Zip Personal Loan is based on an unsecured loan of $30,000 over a loan term of 5 years. The comparison rate assumes no Annual Rate Drops are applied. Costs such as redraw fees or early repayment fees and cost savings such as fee waivers, are not included in the comparison rate but may influence the cost of the loan. Terrible, I have been charged fees when the app clearly shows nothing owing. lodge a complaint as the app shows 1 thing and the statements show something different. Fix you app or your statements so the match. Make sure you check your statements only realised I have been paying a monthly fee $9.95 for months without anything owing on the app, but apparently $9 outstanding on the account statements and wont refund the fees.

Was Unable to apply for no reason. Spent about an hour trying to figure why is wasn't logging in to my bank, so I reset my password, got through that wall to end up not being accepted with no vindication of why, other than it is not possible create a new account at the moment. Which would be fine if I didn't have to wait 12 months to apply again.

Incredibly frustrating with the constant 2 or even 3 step verification any time you want to do something. Also, would not allow me to close my account despite having a zero balance for many months. The deliberate run around designed to frustrate people wanting to close this credit account has to be illegal.
