Trash. Absolute trash. I started out with a small limit but went through a period of hardship and needed to up my limit. Then Zip reduced the limit and charged me extra because I was "over the limit". Isn't integrated with most online stores, so you've got to sign in every time, but hey! Your password is incorrect. So every time you went to use it with a vendor you have to reset your password.

I like Zip but it's incredibly buggy, which should never be the case when your finances are at stake. I have had many problems paying bills, adding payment methods, trying to just login, etc. I recently paid off my balance through BPAY and it hasn't come through after 3 days on their app. Now I am being charged a late fee through no fault of my own.

When using the no monthly fee payment schedule, when the amount due is paid early, the payment date doesn't change to the next month and shows the amount that isn't due this month as being deducted in the current month. Also - when trying to pay one particular medical bill with single use card I keep getting rejected saying that type of payment isn't valid for zippay, while all other medicals have been valid.
