Instalment plan splits eligible purchases of $300 & above into equal repayments within the interest free period. Eligible purchase excludes Zip bills & gift cards. If you turn off instalments all future transactions will be reverted to the minimum monthly repayment. Ratings and reviews

Always been a great app, easy to navigate and make payments, reschedule or increase payment amounts. The monthly fees are pretty high, so i recommend repaying at a higher rate. $9.95 per month account fee, is $119.40 per year added. It is a lot in this cost of living crisis, especially when we are taken advantage of by some merchants for instance, food. I have to use my Zip account for food & medicine, fuel & an occasional treat.

Constantly tells me I'm overdue on my payments when I'm not, get harassing phone calls, the app attempts to take money out of my account even when payments aren't due. I make a payment, then the app tries to take out another payment less than an hour later then I'm bombarded with emails and notifications that the payment failed and I need to make a payment to stop late fees. Worst money app I've ever used and would never recommend this to anyone.

A one-time payment of $5.00 was charged $7.00 and deducted twice, resulting in a total of $70.82. Despite multiple complaints to zip pay, the money is still not refunded. I have contacted them multiple times and filled out the form 3 times, but I still haven't received any action. The account has been locked for over 2 months.
