●「スタメン採用」とは？

ADKでは、社員みんながそれぞれ自分らしい"野望"を持って年次にかかわらず前線で戦っている「スタメン」。スタメン採用は、そんなADKで自分の"野望"を追いかけてきた「スタメン社員」と一緒に「あなたの"個性"を活かしてどんな"野望"を実現したいのか」を考え、

一緒にADKにアピールしていく採用方式です。
