Worst app i have ever used can't tell what account is what. Can't even scroll to see other account as if u touch screen it goes straight to that account. So not only was it the weekend that we couldnt access money with out any notice but now after the so called update still can't. Will be looking for a different bank.
This app is the clunkiest piece of trash I have ever used. Back button doesn't work (both in app and on the bottom bar), won't let me scroll through accounts without selecting the account that I first touch to initiate the scroll, and swiping is awkward. I've been considering changing banks for a while, this has confirmed it for me.
The old app was basic but it worked. Reading the reviews I thought there was no way way the new app could be as bad as described. How wrong was I. It looks horrible, has reduced functionality and is not user friendly at all. Just one more reason to jump ship and join another bank.
I can't access anything except for the home screen. If I try to switch accounts the app just goes blue with a light green border. This is a pathetic effort on behalf of the bank. Clearly no one has bothered testing this app. I will wait till next pay cycle if issues are not fixed I will change banks.
Terrible. Menus rarely work. If you scroll the screen down to refresh it logs you off. Paying a bill via bpay function is painfully awkward. This needs a lot of work. Did anyone actually test this before it was released? Absolutely stuffed up a good thing, what were you thinking?
Absolutely terrible. No notification of the changes happening. Had no access to funds for 4 days. Spent hours on hold to be told there are 2 versions on the app store, one which doesn't work. Not user friendly app and now considering moving funds to Commonwealth bank.
