I can tell that this is a labor of love from the developer. I look forward to diving further into it.
Great mobile ARPG with huge potential, a unique infusion of base building + resource management with good old monster-bashing action. While it is still somewhat unpolished, the developer has been amazingly responsive to feedback, and has implemented (and will be implementing) huge changes to improve the quality of the game. Make sure to play at least 15 minutes to get into the experience!
This game is very immersive and has everything a new user would find helpful as well as the end-game quality an experienced gamer is looking for!!
Great game at its core. Im seeing some giltches, for example the third boss fight does not spawn a Minyan (only the ! On the speech bubble) as well as the creatures attacking as soon as you enter a level which is frustrating. Also Im just waiting for a guide because I'm stuck at the tree where one of the Minyan asks for a chamber, Ive tried to see what's that all about but I can't figure it out for the life of me. It needs a lot more polishing.
Death, lots of it. Spawn and a pink lemur kills me from behind 1st level just after tutorial explaining buttons, hadn't moved yet. Respawn, run down depart 1st level spawn 20 flies, death. Repeat. Repeat spawn, run past everything to next level, bear mauls me. Uninstall. Can't even get used to the controls without death. Not for me.
Full disclosure, I'm responsible for probably 98% of the game's art. Also I'm playing it on a tablet. I'm enjoying this so far. I dig the base building and searching for more minyans. Sometimes they kick the nanner tree too hard and blow up. My only real gripe at this point is the toughness of the starter monsters. Trying to find a single fly to fight while so many are buzzing about is too much, maybe if they all didn't aggro. It can be done, it just feels too steep for early game. Bring bananjas, prayers, and mash those skill buttons. I recommend the game to anyone who's into lootin', craftin', slaying exotic creatures, and building a mean base on top of it.
- Added delay before monsters attack Argus when entering new stages
- Zone select menu now appears from within tree after early game (no more walking to the boat)
- Equipped items are now preserved on save/load
- Adjusted/rebalanced several weapon skills (Phase, Plasma Cannon, Core Ruptor, Null Field)
