This app is riddled with bugs. Missing English version of your destination selection. If you exit the app before finishing all entries (e.g. to search for a picture of your passport), the app crashes. Can only access your "recent photos" to upload a picture of your passport. No way to browse to different albums.

App was working okay, but now not even able to login after updates. developers mess.. Even not able to contact developers, because their mail servers don't support TLS. Get yourself professional help to work on your issues. After update again no login possible and also password reset did not work. Now they present an entry screen for a 6 digit PIN, but don't send the PIN to the given email address. Unbelievable. Just now PIN delivery works. They earned a second star. 😐

I like the feature of booking a taxi at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient and fast, no need to queue, and there will be a notification when it comes to the queue So you don't have to worry about waiting. You can go shopping and use the restroom at the airport first. And better yet, they can view driver and vehicle registration information and can make complaints directly to the service.
