Thia app sucks royally when it comes to check scanning for mobile deposits. You need to improve the software. It took me over 20 tries before it worked. I have used other remote banking (Burke and Herbert) software and it was way easier, no way near as difficult. I gave this software a negative view in 2021, however nothing has changed. UGH!!!.

App is inconsistent. Difficulties taking check image, especially when check has been folded. Also, app frequently displays message that mobile deposit is unavailable at this time. Customer service is terribly slow with 5-10 minute wait times and only solution provided is to uninstall then reinstall app before trying again. Same problems whether using iphone or Android phone.

If I could give negatve stars I would. Since last update this App continually crashes when I try to log in. This means that I can no longer deposit checks into my account. Nice work..... Update 6/14... I had to dink around a bunch to make this work. I think what made it work in the end was installing an update.
