Terribly run public transportation system. 30-35% of drivers are rude and unprofessional, they have no customer service skills whatsoever! Management, non-existent. Customer support, lost, with little to no helpful information. Also, the most expensive bus system in Florida. They make it very difficult to buy an all day pass and it's $2dollars every time you get on the bus. They make you pay for one way fares meaning, if you get to a terminus, you have to pay to continue in the other direction.

My center button is not working every time I try to center where I'm at it doesn't work on this app I hear a little click every time I push it but it doesn't do it I don't know what's wrong and I've texted you guys before about this so maybe you can do something or notify me or let me know thank you

Palm Tran is the worst transportation system in America. Why are you issuing Paradise Passes to riders and more often than not, the passes do not scan and the bus drivers have no clue. I've called (5) times and guess what ....(5) different responses. The dumbest response was: the pass scans on some bases, but not on others. What? So you have passes that aren't working and you can't troubleshoot to correct the flaws? Incompetence is no excuse for this system, it should be dismantled!
