It's very slow to show my recent transactions, sometimes it takes up to a week without showing my last transactions. And sometimes it shows me an error and won't let me check how much I have in my account, plus it's not nicely looking and not well organized. I hope you guys work on a better version, that's what your customers need, I hope you take this seriously. I've had an account on another bank (abroad) and the app was way better and faster, that's why I'm seeing this huge difference.

Not only is the UI broken, the customer service is subpar, and services are very limited, but BMCE as a whole has become increasingly more difficult to work with, especially as a Jeune Campus user living abroad. I do NOT recommend this bank, nor this app (unless you're only a user in the country of which this bank operates in. In that case, it's much easier to deal with).

Really a waste of time. One the baddest app I tried in my whole life .how you dare to call it an app it crashes with no reason and I can't get any information. And the worst above all there is no English language if it's really a bank of Africa. Just a piece of advice you should work on updating the app and add English language as your app for the moment is the worst app in the market.
