Awful app. I contacted support for a persistent issue, 3 times they said they fixed it, and 3 times nothing has changed. I tried checking the security code for my digital debit card, and after getting the OTP, it said "this feature is not currently available". How is looking at my own card information not available? mobile transfer cannot be turned on in the app and despite numerous times I contacted the support, through email and phone, it has not been resolved.

infinite loading in login page , I tried to contact the support for multiple times but all there fixes from old ages and they don't create for me a report ticket to fix this significant issue that j had. to be honest I regretted changing my bank account after I experienced this , Noted that for all updates they did for the app until now I suffer the same issue.

the visa card that you cannot do any international transaction and it is just a debit local card what is the benefit of it??? if so please remove the visa and give the clients another card with any other name....if the name of this band contains international so any i international transaction should authorised
