1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

Completely confusing banking system, no timely sms or online banking transaction logging, all random... Star not even disrerved. all of sudden you decided to change the token and distrub every one life...the sim has to be in the same mobile!...who invented this genius idea...in fact it is more secure to separate...feels bad when we see how far your service is from the Standard quality every where in the world!...shame.

every month you should rest your account on the app, so it is difficult to use the mobile app .we still late. when you login to the account app and you already registered username , password and save it on the app automatically login this logical. but every month you must rest the password again to login your account app.if you forgot the password calling customer service solve this problem.I hope you got my point.

The app crashes on my Motorola G7 and no one in the branch could help me .. which customer support contact I need to contact to help me .. I already installed it with no problem previously on my 2 old devices ..
