It quit notifying me of new leads months ago. I receive an email that I have a new referral, but I rarely see the email before the 15 minute acceptance window has expired. App used to work well

The app is useless if it won't stay on all the time. If I close the app and try and reopen it I've got to resubmit my password. Defeats the purpose

Can't use biometric log in most of time. The app keeps spinning circle in the middle of the app but never loaded up anything
