There is a serious problem concerning this app with samsung phone I requested from the cs a new serial number to reactivate my token, I followed the instruction, but unfortunately the app is resisting changing the serial number even after uninstall and reinstalled several times and also restarting my phone Now the transferring to other accounts is not working as the token app is not working!

The OTP that I always get by the app never work , so I uninstall it and I reinstall it many times but the old serial number still right there never change , I tried several times , I follow right steps , every time I'm getting new msg with new serial number to reactivation but the old serial number never change , I contact CS , I follow same steps again as per their instruction n nothing change since last week !!! .

very buggy, bad UI. As a developer, I am amazed how the app got published. Could not copy any info in step 2, whenever I go to another screen to copy the code and get back to the app, it resets to step 1 again, same happens if the screen gets locked. I had to write all the codes in a piece of paper first. The app is functional but not user friendly and buggy.
