T and her crew are always on top of their game! Their products are amazing, and they try to work with you, getting you the products you enjoy. I've never had an issue with ordering or my packages. I may have missed a live video, but they will time stamp your order if you ask them. I am in love with the loofah soaps,and I love the idea of it all being a mystery until they go live. My most recent package I received a loungefly crossbody with Disney princesses all over it. Keep doing you, MMT!
