This is a nice enough game, but the free part lasts only a couple of hours at the most. To get the full game you will have to spend £34.83 ($44.82 while the full game on PC is $29.99) which buys you seven new heroes (the basic game gives you just four) five more regions and dungeons, and five "legendary weapons". While I wouldn't mind spending so much on a proper PC game, this just isn't up to the quality I would expect for the price. If the whole game were available for £10 or less then I would think seriously about a purchase, but I'm not going to fall for this greedy trick.

Weak.. Cloud saves are nonexistent and the "DLC" is overpriced as 10+ separate purchases. The font size is stupidly small, even on a tablet it's hard to read whats going on. The game itself is really good but the cons outweigh the pros massively.

Missing expansion The game is one of the best tabletop quest based games I've ever played so far, well worth the price. But recently there was a new expansion download, and I've been unable to play it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Fix it, and my rating will go back to 5...otherwise,reimburse me for the game value.

DLC is expensive I have this for my ipad and have purchased all the DLC once at the ridiculous prices they charge don't think I will be purchasing all DLC again. Nice game but not the Warhammer Quest I loved playing as a kid.

Waargh Don't buy. Lame beyond belief. All discoverable content requires purchasing the same repeatable content. You've been warned. Greedy developer

Ok but expensive Good game, kinda fun to play, but you miss more then you hit, its a bit of a grind for in game gold and the DLC's are way expensive for what ya get... could be great, but the cost only makes it ok...

Disgusting at how overpriced the dlc is. Maybe worth $10 for all of the characters and maps. But close to $30 extra? Nice try
Cloud saves Cloud saves not working, even on strong Wi-Fi or 4g, have the developer's just given up on this?? Yes they have, at least cut the price of the dlcs then
Great Great game, really reminds me of the table top rpg's i played when i was younger. Noticed many people complaining about how expensive it is,when infact it really is not, firstly you can play for free, secondly extra content ranges between 79 pence (uk) and under £2.50.An extra character will cost you 2.50 which is imo far better than many games where you have to buy 'shards' or tokens to unlock a new character and lots of them too, which cost you the earth as you may have to spend like £14 on a shard pack but still not get the ones for the dude you want because its random,so yeah i think paying a couple of quid and getting what you want is much better,
So far I have yet to purchase any of the IAP which I think are an okayprice compared to games that need tou you buy 'Gem' packs etc. The game plays like the board game version but slimmed down. Great graphics, no bugs so far, music is top notch, controls are simple, tutorial is short and explains the game perfectly, and it has no slow loading screens. Works perfectly on my Chromebook too!
A solid game when on sale, but with ridiculously overpriced DLCs. In general, a rip off, but it's a nice time waster for any Warhammer fan who doesn't mind grinding and unfair fights.
Not worth the money Game play is monotonous and icons too small for most handheld devices.
Sad ... Very unhappy Only one viewing type I want my money back
After an in game update it now loads on my Sony Xperia mobile. However the cloud saves are a joke... my nexus 7 won't save, so I can't continue from where I got to.
Lost all saved game data.... Twice, after spending roughly £40 in game downloads. Terrible
Like the game, although not sure it would be possible to get 7 0's in a row for winds of magic in the real game and be overwhelmed by enemies...
Great Android TV game, good board game port, controls a little clunky on gamepad
Very good. Content was cheap. Good replay value and have to plan party properly.
Gets boring after a while There isn't enough variety an after a while it just gets dull. So much so that after completing the first set of quests I have no desire to buy more. Maybe my mistake. Uninstall.
Excellent production values, font size issues Still very early, but really good so far. Only problem at this point is that the font is TINY on my Nexus 7 tablet - almost unreadable. Haven't found a way to alter that, if it exists.
Great game spoilt by microtransactions Really enjoyed this, it's great fun and quite long and with super little graphics. Sadly though after I paid once I didn't want to pay to unlock almost everything in the game and as a result I felt like I missed a lot of content. I dont mind paying for an app of this quality but repeatedly demanding money just feels like someone just got a bit greedy.
I like the game BUT I bought this game last night on steam with the DLC pack. I enjoyed it thoroughly and found out there was this app. I bought it and thought that if the was a combined DLC that I could purchase it I would as well because I like the access to the different characters. Instead it looks like I have to buy them all individually as well as the other DLC content. The game is $5 and add at least 21 more on top of that, I just can't bring myself to do it. So I well be paying more on my phone to get the same content.
To straight forward I played the game for a few hours and found out very monotonous. Enter dungeon, click on enemies, they die. A little disappointing after playing Space Wolf which had a captivating combat system
Enjoying a trip down memory lane but...... A very decent digital version of the classic Games Workshop game - had the original board version when it came out and this has been nice way to enjoy it again. Sadly, there does seem to be a problem with some of the in-app purchases. Twice I have purchased new content - Brutal Tribe add-on and Sunefang. Both had payment taken messages but have not appeared in my items or unlocked Averheim area. Would need this to be fixed to rate this 5 stars
Great until level 6 After level 6 the difficulty ramps up to stupid levels. You will encounter wave after wave of adds until your party wipes or you bail. This happens in every dungeon and if, as is frequently the case, your warriors whiff like blind men you haven't got much chance. I love this game but after level 6 there are serious balance issues. I have most of the DLC and any party combo I've tried has the same result after level 6. I give this game 5 stars until level 6 and 1 star after.
Good game This is a lot of fun. It would be great if there was a menu button to exit the game for nexus 6p. Edit: I found that you can swipe from the top to get the phone buttons to show up.
Cloud sync issue I love this game but alas I can no longer play as it just says cloud syncing and does nothing totally unplayable, such a shame.......don't worry I have sorted now, the sync issue is to do with available space
Great game but... I'd rather pay for the full game once, instead of being forced to buy chunk by chunk, in reality it gets more expensive than PC or console titles, otherwise well made and fun to play.
All about money It is a good game but you have to buy more levels which makes this game very expensive. Just say its 25 dollars one time, but then it wouldn't sell. Many other big games you can continue without paying ( clash of clans, sim city etc..).
Bummer!!! This is a great game but I have just found out that the developer no longer holds the licence so they won't be adding anymore content to it…kind of feel I have been ripped off after actually spending money on d.l.c (something I have never done before)

If you are still having trouble starting the app in 1.1.3, please try uninstalling, restarting your device, then installing again. Hope this helps. Entertaining nostalgia (update: game stopped working for me. Stuck synching cloud saves. Can't play.) Love the game vibe. Takes me back. Highly entertaining if you like levelling.
Amazing port of one of the best board games ever Please tell me there are more characters and more factions of enemies coming. Possibly multi-player?
