Ratings and reviews

As an installer over the years I've spent hundreds of thousands on OpenMesh products and I'm probably not alone. Despite that and the profit they must have made, every year OM say they're gonna upgrade the app and every year it retains its same lack of functionality and buggy and poorly designed interface. Why don't they spend something on developers to sort the app. It's a shame because the website and in fact the hardware is superb and ultra reliable and performs brilliantly. If this was a hardware review, they would get 5 stars, but it's about the app, so they get 2.

Cloudtrax app, used to be great when it was open mesh. Since Datto took over, the app used to work for a little while. But now it doesn't work at all saying I need an internet connection. I wonder if Datto purposefully broke the app or decided not to continue supporting it unless you are on their subscription based platform.

Used to work fine, but for the last few months it tells me I need an internet connection even when I'm connected to WiFi or LTE. App last updated almost a year ago now, starting to look abandoned.
