TaiChi Shaolin Stick form:
Developed for self-defence, each movement has one or more internal martial arts applications. A healthing human body and mind give resilience in today's busy world. The exercises keep the body fit and vital. A health mind is resilient and strong. Together they form the concept of ying and yang. The stick 'Bo' is one of the weapons used in Tai Chi Chuan. The weapon is an extension of the body and moves as a whole.
