If you have a leading position or you are working in a team, eisentasks pro will help you to optimise your team´s workflow. The pro upgrade offers the workgroups feature, which allows you to assign tasks to members of working groups with the respective significance.
BE THE BOSS
If you are in a higher position, you are able to use the working groups without "Team Mode". In this case you can delegate the tasks to your assistants or group members and be the only one who is able to view the lists of the other group members.
- Unlimited Tasks: Try to keep your lists as clean as possible. For a giant workload you are able to create as many tasks as you want.
- Unlimited Lists: Create more than one private or business list in order to separate your tasks from each other.
- Cloud Sync: All tasks will be synchronised once they have been created or edited and will also be available through the web client on eisentasks.com.
- Offline mode: Your local lists are always available - even if you are offline.
- Task prioritisation: Move tasks between the lists by drag&drop functions in order to define their significance.

- Hierarchic Workgroups: Create workgroups and delegate your tasks to your team members. The creator of the workgroup is able to review the lists of all group members within his working groups. All group members are able to assign tasks to each other.
- Team Mode: Create workgroups in team mode in case of a flat hierarchy. All group members are able to review the lists of their team colleagues within the group. Also, every member is able to assign tasks.
- Push notifications: The recipient of an assigned task will receive a push notification. The sender will receive a notification as well once the task has been marked as done.
