Software is not being updated to accommodate newer label types. Very frustrating user interface. This app has not been updated since 2017, which means that this app could disappear from the Play Store when Rubbermaid refuses to update it for the latest demands for Android security. After that, you will not be able to install it on your new device. Better plan on using your old device until Google abandons the Android version on your old device, and then you'll have two bricks.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I downloaded the version for the LabelWriter 450 Turbo for Windows 10. The app takes almost five minutes to open. The UI is clunky and cumbersome. It's not responsive. I used to love using my Dymo, but it's just a frustrating chore now. If I had an old computer with an older version of Windows, I would use that instead.

There's a trick to this app once you finally get it connected to your phone but its horrible otherwise if you dont as it won't connect at all. I have a galaxy S9 , and im using the wireless Labelmaker. This printer won't work if the WiFi on your phone isn't turned on first before going into the actual app which sucks. If I go on the app first then turn my wifi on my phone on the app won't work. The fonts are limited, it won't close if you keep pressing the back button.
