Highly disappointed! I had added a combo to my cart and while placing the order at the last stage it was shown as not available. I rechecked it once again to see if it was available and yes it was there is the list. Being an international company and being an app with thousands of users , this kind of failure is highly non-desirable. Also this isn't the first time I am having an unsatisfactory experience with the company.

The app is slow, laggy and full of bugs. On top of that, the help option is useless. I had a delayed order, and when I tried to figure out why there was a significant delay in delivery despite receiving an SMS that my order was dispatched and out for delivery, the app was being unresponsive with no details of the delivery agent visible, I got no help from the app. It just keeps you waiting. Tried calling the outlet with the phone number provided and it's unavailable.

You know you should better just keep those items in menu which are actually available. My order was cancelled without any notification after being accepted moreover when I ordered again a received a call from the outlet that the item was presently not available. I then odered something else but again received a call saying my order will take around 2 hours. I mean why do you even have a outlet if it has nothing and claim to deliver within 30 minutes . Horrible experience!
