Gladihoppers is a wacky 2d physics gladiator battle simulator where the mix of the 2d physics and regular 2d animation offers a fun and original gameplay quite unlike your average gladiator mobile game. The combat system features two different battle stances for your gladiator, each with their own directional attacks of varying power and speed that allow for more dynamic and interesting battles.

In addition to melee attacks there are also javelins to throw and over 90 items to customize your gladiator with; swords, axes, maces, shields, helmets, armor, pants, gloves and shoes.

Gladihoppers blends retro pixel art 2d sprites with 3d low poly environments to bring you a unique looking style and stunning visuals that provide an immersive gladiator experience.

Great game, but one problem I have with it is in the Spartacus's Rebellion game mode. Controlling multiple legions and armies is annoying, because if you command one legion and switch to command another, by the time you switch to the first, they are already moving in the opposite direction. This makes moving armies very tedious and annoying, and is really my only gripe with the game.

I love this game; the attacks, stances, customization, everything. However, I recommend that career is more like an actual survival where not only does it get increasingly harder as it already does, but the level start out at the same difficulty, not affected by your progress. Imagine coming back after a while and not being able to even beat a couple opponents because your progress buffed them up. Keep up the good work.

One of the best Gladiator games on the Play Store. Would recommend anybody to try. You can fight a CPU, Protect the emperor, play with your friend, even go from the bottom to the top in Career mode! The only thing this game is missing is multiplayer mode. In case you don't have any ideas for multiplayer mode. Let us pick from 3 cards 3 times. The cards can contain Javelins, Armor, Shields, Weapons, and Extra Health. And the more you climb up the ranks, the more rewards you get.
