QuitNow is a proven app that engages you to quit smoking. It aims to avoid tobacco just by giving you a picture of yourself. Quitting smoking is easier when you focus your effort on these four sections:

We researched in the World Health Organisation archives to find the investigations they made and the conclusions they had. In the Frequent Asked Questions, you will find all the answers to those questions you have about quitting smoking.

๐Ÿค– The QuitNow bot: sometimes, you have strange questions that donโ€™t appear in the F.A.Q. In those cases, you can ask the bot: we train her to answer those strange ones. Best app I've found so far, but it's not perfect, none of them are. This one has an active community that's pretty good if you need emotional support. It accurately records my quit date so data is updated correctly. Shows me the benefits of quitting to keep me motivated. I just wish it had something to deal with cravings: record them & document how you dealt with them. I would also like a diary to record my thoughts. Like I said, nothing's perfect, but this one is close & reasonably priced.

I have had this app for a couple of years. I changed phones last summer. Well my pro version did not transfer it seems. Every other app i use transfered without difficulty. I emailed them about it. Never heard back. Great customer service guys. I did NOT use a different google play address. This is the SAME one i have used for many years. I will not pay a second time for the same app.

it's great to be able to see exactly how long ago you stopped smoking, to the hour and how much money you've saved and also the health benefits. the trophies are a fun aspect too. used alongside a stop smoking service and champix it worked for me, 600 days quit today :-)

This version is a mix of huge and small things. On the huge side is the new breath section that will help you calm down, while on the other side there are a lot of tiny things that will improve your experience while using QuitNow.
