Great for a beginner. I have autoimmune disease plus a bone disorder so I found it the right speed for me. I made a few adjustments for my knee and left hand due to pain. And was able to keep up. I enjoyed both sessions. Very fun and relaxing felt better after completing the sessions. Easy to follow.
The yoga itself is good and easy to follow but just dinking around with the bmi calculator I figured out that, at 30 yrs old and 5'5", it said I was in dangerous condition even at 80lbs! I got the same message no matter what weight I put in. That part of the app is a ridiculous waste. The food menu looks...alright. Really limited, no option to change it up at all and some of the items are bland or not something I like eating personally but its doable for the most part. Basically, I would on my use this app for the videos and nothing else.
It's exactly what I was looking for all in one app! hope that any updates will not affect the app in any way like crashing or lagging
This work out kicked my butt! Can't wait to see how much I improve in the future. The app itself is very simple and easy to use. I enjoyed the BMI calculating feature.
I chose this app because I know nothing about yoga but at 55 I've been wanting to learn a style of exercise that would improve my flexibility and help me to increase my cardio without beating me up too much. For me, this beginners app is just the right fit.
It's a great app, however when trying the beginner excercise the lady in the video goes too fast, I couldn't keep up with the poses and breathing, maybe slow down a little so real beginners can actually follow it! Other than that it's a great app
