This app is non intuitive. I cannot order transit passes and mastercard at the same time. It took me a while to figure out what this meant. I thought once I had the credit card I could use it to buy transit passes in the app. NOPE. You have to use the credit card outside the app. It won't work on google wallet because google is not an allowed merchant for the credit card. I tried it on clipper app to buy transit passes but it doesn't reload. I tried calling customer support but nobody answered.

The app is buggy chaos. Constantly asking for re-verification of email that it doesn't send, doesn't seem to talk to the website version consistently, runs itself in circles, and if you have a problem you get a chatbot or a phone number in Finland. Too bad, because the actual benefit is great, but the app and online experience are chaos.

Save yourself from frustration and use a computer. This app runs around in circles without accomplishing anything. It doesn't even exit the app when the back button is pressed.
