The app is buggy chaos. Constantly asking for re-verification of email that it doesn't send, doesn't seem to talk to the website version consistently, runs itself in circles, and if you have a problem you get a chatbot or a phone number in Finland. Too bad, because the actual benefit is great, but the app and online experience are chaos.
NEVER AGAIN! Lost my card a month ago, and I'm still waiting for the replacement I was promised would arrive within 3-5 business days. Customer service was unapologetically slow to resolve my issue although I've made it quite clear that I'm paying for public transportation out of pocket daily, while they are charging me monthly. I called this morning to cancel, they didn't seem concerned, I guess business is good, they get their cut regardless it seems...
Every menu is blank. No dashboard, no orders, I can't even contact support thru the app. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Nothing.
