Useless app, same with website. Can't logon, it can't recognize it's user and will block you from using it everytime. Could not make it work even once. This is definitely the worse app out and that is not an exaggeration.

Not only that this app doesn't support biometrics, but it is virtually useless. There's not much information other than the card info. It doesn't have the useful features for LOA or any type of request. You might as well delete this app.

I have to say. I am not impressed. You have to relogin every time you use the App. At least have biometrics support to make it easier? It's already frustrating enough to type on a small screen with a small keyboard for log-in details. Apart from the card registration being easy, there's not much features that are noteworthy or useful. And here I thought Intellicare's Agora App was bad, I didn't think I'd see something worse. Sadly there aren't any alternatives so no choice but to use it.
