I have been an EzeePay retailer for many years. The new UPI Cash Point service is unfairly denying access to retailers with Jio Payments Bank Savings Accounts. Customer support confirmed this is the only reason. Many loyal retailers are affected. Please review this policy and make UPI Cash Point available to all eligible retailers, regardless of their bank. Otherwise, many of us may be forced to stop using EzeePay.

I have had a great experience with EzeePay as a retailer. The app is easy to use, transactions are fast and secure, and settlements are timely. I have not been able to withdraw any money from my Ezeepay wallet to my bank for the past two days. I don't know why this problem has arisen. I am also unable to diposit money any customer's account from today. I am not getting any help from Ezeepay team. Please help me.
