Awful. IT NEVER WORKS!!! The old ME bank app was awesome, a few years ago. Now I have to call or physically go in. So what's the point of advertising you have a mobile app if it stinks!! At a BANK no less! That charges for everything! And has the highest overdraft fee anywhere! Almost 35 bucks per transaction. I asked them to set me up with notifications when I get down to 100 dollars. Never happened. Changing banks. Period.

Update: At first I loved the app. It was easy to use. Ever since they went to not posting transactionson the weekend, for some reason I can no longer log in. I can't even log in through the web browser site. This is ridiculous. I will be talking to the bank tomorrow, Monday, to resolve the issue. And I'm not the only one having trouble.

Very handy, checking my balance is painless and transfers are practically instantaneous. My main complaint is the names of charges (particularly auto payments for subscriptions) are confusing and unclear, but that's not the app's fault. Also I have to change my password every six months and the app sometimes doesn't tell me that, I don't realize it's time until I try to sign in on the website instead. More consistent reminders would be nice.
