The graphics are beautiful. Controls can be a bit touchy. Puzzles sometimes don't make sense, but hints easily lead you in the right direction. But the storyline is so vague and minimal, the game doesn't maintain interest very well. If all you want is puzzles, this series is a great choice. If you want plot, find something else.

Great game! If you enjoy puzzles or solving riddles, process of elimination games or just using your general creativity and intuition you will love this game. The puzzles are challenging, and keep you guessing every time. My only complaint about the game would be the lighting and mechanics sometimes- Even with your phone at its brightest setting it is difficult to see what you need to do sometimes, and it is hard to line things up sometimes. I would suggest playing the game in a dark room.

I feel like the original The Room was sightly more challenging. The Room 2 is still good, but sightly easier so far (currently on chapter 2) the puzzles seem a fair bit more obvious to solve. Also, the prompts and item descriptions are to quick to disappear from the screen and can be difficult to get to reappear. *UPDATE* After finishing the game, I have to say the game seems longer (that's a good thing), and it definitely gets progressively harder(also a good thing). Worth the price!
