functionality-wise is OK although very laggy. the app interface could be far better considering Axiata surely have the allocation to spend on making their app nicer(don't lie u guys must agree to this). pls improve the interface and speed, it'll match the other telco's app.
I can't login whether with phone number or ocs account. And when I forgot your password it says put your phone number or mobile number over and over again. I put my phone number. Then I can't put my username. So, I put my username then I can't put my phone number. Why's that..😅 Anyway, thank you for creating this app celcom. Just improve it more now.. 😊
May i know whay happened to Celcom app n the website? I am trying to pay online.. but it keep fail to log in the online banking part. This is annoying.
Always update .. But when I tried to pay bill... it says unsuccessful..how come a major Telco.. can fail in creating a stable app.. fire ur app department and hire proper graduates please
Haven't had any problems so far, don't understand why everyone else is facing such weird issues .. Everything has been running smoothly for me ..
Having an app is good. But please fix issues related to very long loading time as well as always have to relogin/resubmit phone number to use the app.
