The app hangs on startup and on check-in the screen flashes, then repeats questions, displays 6+ of the same flights instead of one. The main problem is that I cannot check-in. I paid for a ticket with checked luggage but the app is requiring that I pay extra again. When I avoid selecting a checked bag, it displays something went wrong, and I repeat the process again and again. I found the call center phone number, which was wrong. Terrible user experience. After rebooting it eventually worked.

Check-in on the app is impossible - every time I open the app it goes to black screen and closes. I tried to reinstall the app and the same thing happens. My phone is up to date and my apps are. For my journey there, I got further with check-in, however could not successfully complete because it stated my information was received but there was an error and I had to check-in at the desk. They tried to charge everyone for desk check-in despite the majority reporting app issues.

This app needs serious work. On top of the UI issues mentioned by many other reviewers, there appears to be a visual bug with the price. I have a trip booked, and I'm reviewing it. I back out, but then reenter the info to check the trip again. All of a sudden the price is $94 higher - it appears to be adding the Transit Tax onto it again. Back up, go back in, up another $94. I have already paid thankfully, but that visual bug is pretty off-putting.
