The application features a digital Ration card that beneficiaries can open on their android phones to make transactions in fair price shops . Other features of the application are :
• Grievance Redressal : Users can now submit complaints directly through the mobile app.
• Feedback Form : Suggestions can also be made through the app through the feedback form feature.
• Stakeholders Data : Contact information of DPO’s , Inspectors , Godown Incharges and DFSC’s with direct calling has also been made available.
• Entitlement Calculator : Allows users to view their entitlement based on the number of family members and entitlement policy.
