With the FranklinWH app, homeowners can manage your Franklin Home Power (FHP) system anytime, anywhere. The FranklinWH app monitors your home electricity consumption 24 hours a day, tracking solar, grid, battery and generator supply and home consumption. It provides usage statistics for time periods including year, month and day.

You can remotely control your home electricity consumption pattern and the energy equipment while choosing an economical and energy-saving home electricity consumption plan. With the app, you can control the three optional Smart Circuits, managing unique devices such as air conditioners and EV chargers manually or through automatic schedules.

The FranklinWH app also provides installers management of installation, operations and maintenance. Through the direct communication between app and the FHP, problems can quickly be resolved. The FranklinWH app is under constant development and we would love to receive your feedback and suggestions.

Ratings and reviews

latest update 11/18/25 slowed down home screen to a 10 second load before generator and data are shown. It had loaded quickly since my install in March of 25. Now it is slow to load not sure if this is only for those with gen-in module? Going to send a ticket in but I suspect AWS resource issue due to expanding customer base or corrupted image resource. Retired IT professional and hopefully can escalate to dev team without 20 emails back and forth with tier1 support about another issue.

very user friendly and reliable. I don't know what other people were experiencing who rated the app poorly. I have a complex system with solar, battery storage, and backup generator and the app manages it all seamlessly.

The app is great for controlling my batteries and monitoring usage, but a huge problem is push notifications don't work. When the grid goes down, I receive no notifications that my batteries are discharging and I should reduce consumption,bike turning off the air conditioner.
