Very bad no customer Support. I did the recharge at 8:14 but it didn’t get credited, even though the payment was successful. When I talked to customer care, they said it would take 30–45 minutes, but even after that it wasn’t done. Then they said it would take 1 hour, but still it didn’t happen.

Very bad and risky app. They deducted extra ₹103 from my account in the name of previous failed recharge without proper explanation. Commission is already very low and on top of that they do wrong recovery. Support is useless. Not safe for recharge business. I will never use it again.

I want to tell you people not to use this app, this app does fraud. When I recharged here, it failed. And when I recharged again, it was successful. And the money for which I had recharged a little while ago and it failed was also deducted from my account. In this way, money was deducted from my account twice. When I told the customer care for help in all this, the customer care people also did not help me.
