Fight the Fitness is a simple round time/counter that can be used for any fitness routine!
The home page gives you 4 different options:
#1 -> 2 Min Rounds with 30 Sec Rest #2 -> 2 Min Rounds with 60 Sec Rest #3 -> 3 Min Rounds with 30 Sec Rest #4 -> 3 Min Rounds with 60 Sec Rest
After selecting your time you will be presented with a red screen and the number 1 representing round 1.
The counter will begin after 5 seconds followed by a single beep noise and green screen.
When you have 30 seconds to the end of the round you will hear another single beep following a yellow screen notifying you of the 30 seconds to the end of the round.
When the round ends you will hear 3 single beeps along with a red screen. During this period you are in your selected rest time until your next round begins with a single beep and the round advancing in number count of one.
