Good app, needs some improvements I'm a fan. After one upgrade my old workouts appeared to get wiped out. Customer service helped me reload then with ease. Recommend this app for anyone. There are some missing Open workouts and the twenty rep lift scheme doesn't save properly but beyond that it functions well.
It COULD be the best It's got the best interface of probably 30 WOD trackers I've tried. But it's buggy. I manage my box's account, and every time I try to update the info, it crashes. I've sent numerous bug reports to no avail. The developer's customer service is non existent. If the dev actually kept it updated and fixed the bugs, this app would be a 6 star rating, but, it'll be 3 for now.
Only works when connected UPDATE: Now the app opens however it is EVEN MORE dependent on having a data connection. You cannot create and log WODs locally without having wifi at a minimum. Unless an update is released with an option to connect I would recommend you search the play store for CrossFit related apps (timers/logs/calculators/etc). Facebook already has an app.
More of a journal, less of a log (don't expect thorough data analysis) WOD logging sucks. It let's you add a name and description, but does not keep any statistics or specific information in the same way, for example, the Beyond the White Board app does. It is more of a journaling experience than a logging experience. Same features as WODBox. The "WOD" creation is merely a description where you type the activities, not an input field where you can customize rounds/reps/etc, which would be great for seeing improvement over time, even from activities embedded in WODs.
Back up doesn't work right. This lets me track exactly the things I'm interested in. Very pretty app, too. BUT THE BACK UP HASN'T WORKED FOR ME. I'm going back to paper because losing my scores is unacceptable.
Can be improved I'd really like to see the ability to not require a data connection to log workouts. The more frustrating thing is not being able to input multiple weights and times for multiple stations. For example, today did back squats, wanted to record the weight. That was fine. The second part had 2 parts ( can't log that) and each required 4 different inputs for each part. Should be able to choose the amount of stations. Other than that it's a solid app. Get it!
